This absolutely works. I had over 160 subfolders for my 5 issue series THIS LAND establishing every element of the world and its characters and their personal journeys which the reader never got to see but absolutely came through and informed storytelling decisions.

There was a few years after I accepted redundancy from my first long term career role where comics just weren’t in my budget. The public library was an absolute godsend. It also gave me the opportunity to try out new creators and characters that I previously had no interest in. Check them out.

Look at that. A politician who can clearly articulate and present their policies to the public. UK’s Labour government could learn a hell of a lot from this team.

Local Carlisle Comicon today. You need a decent mindset going into these events and I think I talked myself out of it from the get go. Still a success but I needed to be better prepared for it in the upstairs department. Onto the next one!
