We had a good hearing in the Alex Jones case regarding collections. It's a snail's pace and endlessly frustrating, but we're getting there. Jones' latest attempt to hold off consequences has failed.

In yet ANOTHER decision by a judge trying to unstick Alex Jones' abuse of the legal process to prevent us from paying the Sandy Hook families, Texas judge Maya Gamble said Alex Jones has conducted "outrageous discovery abuse, tampering with evidence, and continuous, callous disrespect" for the law.

Even if the Court were to consider the expert affidavit and testimony offered by FSS as prima facie evidence of FSS's net worth, the Court finds that it cannot treat such evidence offered by FSS as credible in light of its past behavior documented in numerous orders of this Court, including outrageous discovery abuse, tampering with evidence, and continuous and callous disrespect for the integrity of these proceedings. This behavior has included discovery abuse with respect to evidence of net worth, and as such, the Court has no faith in the veracity of evidence offered by FSS as to its own net worth.

Today my law firm secured a quarter-billion dollar verdict in New Mexico against Michelin for defects in their tires that threaten all of our lives on the roadway, and I don’t think you’ll see a single news story about it. Corporate malfeasance thrives in the shadows.

If I could define my disdain for mainstream media in one way it would be this: no one gets smarter or more informed about policy/history/procedures from watching CNN. If you forced someone to watch CNN cover a bill for a month, 99% of viewers wouldn't be able to answer basic questions about the bill
