i’m half tempted to find an old mp3 player just so I can at least have the experience. i never got that growing up because by the time MP3s were a thing I knew of all the good ones were long gone

a cerebral tetris-like that's all about going quickly. imagine Rally 8P from Tetris Friends, and give it some more edge and a randomizer that isn't afraid to be ridiculous. you certainly get the tools to manage it

proud to announce my #fallingblockjam game is out!! I rushed the hell out of this and I’m sorry about how rough around the edges it is but I promise I will make it better eventually. see you in 2027 when I make a game that gets me put on trial for my puzzle crimes markgamed.itch.io/aquosia

you think you’re ready for a game jam and then you’re sitting there figuring out how to add control remapping to your ever growing house of cards. and the game’s due in ten hours

M

oh that's satisfying. good news is i've got the basic menu system and level loading complete. my immediate concerns are the courses and control rebinding, then after that i will spend the rest of the time making it as good as i can. which likely will not be much but i'm trying my hardest here ok

M

okay i am slightly stressed about the looming #fallingblockjam deadline but the gameplay is now fully working. i now have 3 days to fix up the graphics, design stages, and make menus might experiment with making bubble remainders collapse into 1x1 pieces & not clear? but other than that im happy

“wasn’t on my bingo card” has become one of my favourite phrases as of late. it’s my equivalent of “oh, cool. anyway” when i just find something out

real quick, can they bring me the head of whoever updated chrome on iOS to put an Ask Gemini button where the back button (by far my most commonly used button) was?

M

re steam machine price, i genuinely do not care enough to be mad at valve in any major capacity when the real course of action is to finally end Sam Altman and the entire AI industry once and for all

this wave of AI has legitimately killed a huge part of what I loved about seeing stuff online, what I loved about being an educator, and what I loved about sharing my own work I just don't feel like doing it anymore
