Had a walk yesterday around the Simpson Ground area on the southern edge of the Lakes. It was a lovely peaceful wander in warm sunshine for a good part of it! We came across some amazing old gnarly trees at various points in the walk. Not ideal conditions for woodland shots but some to go back to!

We braved the Lakes yesterday for a walk (Lingmoor from Elterwater)....boy is it busy in the Lakes these days. A mainly overcast day with intermittent light....nice to get up a hill again, even if it's a small one!
