I submitted a planning application for a new housing scheme with car free streets between homes and separate parking courts. Highways told us it didn't meet their "design standards" and we were told it would be rejected. We now have a scheme with a road in front of every home... 😔

Mine was the Heinrich Heine from Paris Est to Prague. I would take it in the evening and arrive in Leipzig Hbf the next morning. It was very convenient.
