I have a one (1)-point lead going into the final round of the Target Field Press Box Music League. Really choked last round; should have a comfortable cushion right now. Also in the championship in my brothers-in-law fantasy baseball league. I am a wreck. I’ll never survive it all.

Rick Porter@rickporter.bsky.social · 13h agoThe "60 Minutes" premiere was down 21% from last year's debut … and its lead-in NFL game was down 22% year to year. The overhaul of "60 Minutes" was craven and dumb, but the smaller lead-in was probably the main cause of (this week's) ratings hit.
You can see Bailey Ober’s margin for error shrinking; so can his team.

Want to give this one last bump. We have such remarkable insight into the art and science of hitting, these days. I think this piece really shows how well we can see inside hitters' processes these days, and how far we've come since we used to call hitters 'lucky' or not based on BABIP.
