On August 3, Michigan reported two deaths associated with its cyclosporiasis outbreak. The state didn't say how either person died, how old they were, or what conditions they had. It did say both had "significant underlying health conditions." That was almost the only detail. 🧵

As the autistic parent of an autistic kid, this needs to be said. Hatred of and desire to eliminate families like mine is a core MAHA belief, and trying to find common ground with these ghouls is still going to do enormous harm to the autistic community.
