Just looking for goofs. The goofs have been cancelled.

This is not a “Michigan Democrats are divided!” Issue. This is not an issue of the party base being skeptical of the nominee. This is about a soon-to-be unemployed congressperson with nothing to show for her time in the house being bitter that she lost a primary to an Arab man.

Jon Ossoff: "While the crook president and his crook family rake in billions from all over the world, you pay more ... They doubled your insurance premiums and slashed Medicaid to cut taxes for the rich. They … spent most of the last year covering up for the world's most famous pedophile."

It’s time to have a serious conversation about this shift in philanthropic dollars to fund science, in the broader context of the Trump administration’s war on science as a public good. Thank you to @heidiledford.bsky.social for covering this. MY HOT TAKES 🧵 www.nature.com/articles/d41...

How tech billionaires are disrupting biomedical science

Money from the world’s increasingly prosperous technology entrepreneurs has been flooding into biomedical research. Is it changing how science is done?

I can't really believe it but it seems to be the case that the Times has not covered a credible accusation of rape against the President of the United States, but has two solid stories on Obama's cheesecake factory quip.

I've already seen some effort to bury this as "there's not a lot new here." As if, "What's one more rape victim?" is sound editorial judgment. Republicans kept the Benghazi story going for years on nothing new, but that didn't stop to press from covering every nothing burger they served up.

I know there's a lot going on but I feel it should probably be more of an above-the-fold story that members of Congress released a thoroughly documented report directly accusing the president of the United States of being a serial rapist.
