They should instead consider this. How can it be just and democratic to have a constitution that is inaccessible to the majority of those it governs?…

Yes. UK Westminster Govt legislation for Smart Meters is a complete failure. Policy =install SM not that they function accurately. Result= Scotland, and lots of other areas have no functioning SM = PAY premium for electricity and no access to EV or solar tarriffs UK fail again. Independence.

Took mths of effort to sort. In the meantime we couldn't access an EV tariff.

Well this is pants. Been looking at social tariffs for cost effective broadband for someone I know on DLA. Mostly they're low speed superfast deals that need a telephone line: in a rural area that means paying for the line as well as the broadband. So it's cheaper to get a normal full fibre pkg 😞

Also SMART METERS - UK govt install SM, NOT install working SM FAILURE for majority of Scottish rural homes and even city tenements.. SM needs good permanent 4Gsigmal to work. Fail in stone buildings, dodgy signal areas.. UK govt deliberately undermining Scotland. WTF Independence now.
