I am the most handsome orange turtle in the world!

Whenever the Costco magazine comes, girl always goes shopping for me in there and tears out items for me to decorate my home. The ladies get stuff too. This is the magazine not the sale flyer. So the stuff isn't technically for sale at Costco but girl says I deserve it so I can have it anyway.

Sometimes my Important Turtle Business makes girl/boy word a lot at me. It's very annoying and I don't like being called a bad turtle. Luckily, I have a foolproof strategy. I freeze in place and I look innocent. That way they have no idea what I was up to.

A very, a very innocent turtle not moving at all. He absolutely does not look like he froze in mid attempt to climb out of his box. It's perfectly natural for a turtle to be standing on his back legs with his belly against the side of the box and one arm extended to try to get over the top.

Girl did not get as much done today in the patio as she was hoping, so we are going to do more tomorrow. I don't know if you know what people do when it's "hot", but they actually start melting? Dripping? It's really interesting!

Blue milkweed beetle (Chrysochus cobaltinus) on dogbane. It was a warm day, but a sprinkle of rain from a brief afternoon thunderstorm cooled things off, plus gave the beetle a few droplets for decoration. (Montana) #BugSky 🌿🐙📷

A macro photo, elevated front 3/4 view, of an oval-shaped, beautiful, metallic lapis-blue beetle on a green leaf. There are several tiny drops of water on the beetle's back, and there is an out of focus pink flower in the background.

Anybody know anything about how kiva works? They just hit me up for more money. I donated a lot many years ago when I had a lot of money. And I just turned the relend option on to let it do its thing. And I had all the money written off is a loss. And now apparently all the money is gone. Fine.

Is this a milkweed? I've never seen them orange before. But there is a bit of fluff on the bottom, that didn't discernibly come from any of the pods on it, but it looks like milkweed insides. Also has milkweed bugs in the fluff and I figure they'd know.

And a burst of bright color! I couldn’t resist the colors of these German, Czech and Japanese vintage beads. A comfy everyday bracelet in green, blue, and warm brown. Green silk, Hill Tribe fine silver toggle clasp, 8.5” long, $45

These beads are so cool! Picasso (greenish patina) dappled Czech beads and silvery coated west German amethyst colored glass beads—this one is stunning when the light hits it. Green silk, sterling clasp, 19.5” long, $75

A shiny, gorgeous, slightly goth piece: two different West German glass beads, the smaller with a purple/peacock finish and the larger with a gold/bronze finish. Very unusual beads. Green silk, sterling clasp, 19” long $70

This one might be my favorite: chunky pink/purple West German beads with a silver coating and little fluted Czech beads with a metallic gunmetal finish. Coral silk, sterling clasp, 20.5” long, $75

I somehow missed the exclusives portal this year, so will be looking for the SDCC Exclusive Lagoon, the Hasbro exclusive MLP set, and the Loot from Funko. If you can help, ping me here or on Tumblr.

Okay so yesterday something really mind-boggling happened. Girl and I play a game called "squats". I need to be up high, like in my box. That puts my eye level at girl's torso. It does not work if I'm on the floor. Then girl does something called a squat. She becomes shorter and shorter ...
