Capitalising the initial letters in a hashtag such as #ProgRock rather than all lower case helps the software used by visually impaired people read the hashtag, and still maps to the lower case version so won't diminish your reach.

not to dunk on OP here, but this is a very common misconception! rabies does not exist in the UK, *except* in some very rare cases ONLY in bats, which aren't transmissible to other animals. but it does exist and if you have been exposed to a bat, even if you didn't feel a bite, call 111 immediately.
Thankfully the UK doesn’t have rabies anymore, so the bats are safe
