Realized a little while ago that the very thought of drawing was putting me into panic attacks. So my partner said it was probably cause everything I drew was for a project and I started associating art with deadlines and needing to be perfect. That made me really sad.
it looks like my life will free up by may.... if not june, so maybe then i will be free again to draw and write. and maybe it will be more OC or other art, but the bookiedooks will always be on my mind so fingers crossed i do get free again

Fandom needs interaction to thrive, if u want to keep enjoying art, fic, edits, animations, silly little hcs, and all of that gud stuff, give some of the love back that creators pour out for you, fandom shouldn't be /content/ to mindlessly consume, let it be a dialogue of love and appreciation 🙏✨❤️

Commission your friends for art. Give them dollars (this makes them happy) in exchange for drawing you like (this makes you happy). This is symbiosis. This is a healthy ecosystem. Support your friends. Support art. Support your friends' art.

A few years ago, any time i saw a trend with art in the fandom going around, i would feel guilty or angry with myself for not joining cause I had no time. Now I have time technically but I just look at it and go "too tired, I'll just enjoy what everyone else is doing" lol Growth 😌

If stuff like this is allowed to pass, hundreds of thousands of your favorite artists will be hit, and possibly disappear due to fees they can't pay, or jail time. Y'all gotta fight this at every step. If you live in OK, you gotta get LOUD about this. If it gets here, I'M going to get loud abt it.
