Well done to the @memoriesofsunshine.bsky.social team for the frankly astonishing turnaround on the Embers of Humanity Kickstarter. (Months, mind blowing) The book is lovely, and I'll be aiming to blow on the dying fire and see if we can kindle something with my group soon.
The trick to fulfilling your Kickstarter on time? Delaying the Kickstarter Launch by 9 months to ’give it one more polish’.

Don't mean to brag, but we just fulfilled our first ever Kickstarter and we're feeling pretty smug about it.

We are entering the last 24 hours of our Kickstarter and there are two things you need to know: 1) We will never again sell the Limited edition. If you don’t buy it now, you’ll have to buy it at an auction in 10 years for an exhorbitant price 2) We are SO CLOSE to our next stretch goal. New art.

About two days left to back this, but don't think that's the last you'll hear about Embers of Humanity! Our community is still grown and we are thinking about restarting our supporter's initiative to fund more Embers supplements!

Just to be SUPER CLEAR about this. We're only going to print the Limited Edition once. That's what limited means. Sure, you'll be able to buy the regular, high-quality hardback once fulfillment is over, but the limited edition? If you don't buy it in the next five days, you wont get it. Simples.
