I follow the subreddit, R/suicidewatch , the past couple days people are flooding it. A lot of them saying the suicide hotlines aren’t answering. If you have the strength to talk, go support someone. There’s a new post every minute, when a month ago it was more like every 20 minutes. #mentalhealth

I've really been enjoying getting into sewing as a hobby lately. It's pleasurable to spend time on something tactile, having to concentrate but not necessarily think. I can pick an easy/familiar pattern to relax, or a challenging one to enjoy learning something new, and make a Thing to feel proud of
