My next monster for August is the Bulette, the infamous D&D land shark. The gray and brown pallet for them could easily come off as boring, but I think between the texture details and the dynamic pose of the mini, this one came out pretty interesting. #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #minis #minipainting

The last of my standard dwarf mini figures is their Underdark cousins, the Duergar. Perhaps the bast known feature of these dwarves is their psionic ability to grow to a larger size, helping them to ward off the other dangerous denizens of the Underdark. #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #minis #minipainting
While wizards seem like the more natural fit for dwarves, this Dwarf Sorcerer makes for a pretty good figure. I like the combinations of gold and orange, though the latter is not a color I normally associate with the Dwarven ascetics. #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #minis #minipainting

Wrapping up my run of elemental paints with some Water Genasi Druids. Both of them have some really fun spell effects, and I am very happy with how they both came out. I think these may have been my favorite and the best painted of the Genasi set. #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #minis #minipainting
Next up in the elemental run are some Fire Genasi Wizards. These two had a lot of fun visual effects to consider with their fiery hair and the spells they're casting. I'm happy with how my acid arrows came out, but the lens of the eye went a bit wonky. #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #minis #minipainting
Continuing on with the elemental theme with a couple of Earth Genasi Fighters. Their earthen skin tones are fun to paint, and I think the armor and weapons came out okay. #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #minis #minipainting
Flowing into some more elemental figures with a couple of Air Genasi Rogues! Air Genasi are a bit of a more difficult one for me express, as I feel like air is a difficult theme to express visually. Still, I think these two came out alright! #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #minis #minipainting
After those Changelings from the other day, it only made sense to do some Doppelgangers. I like the somewhat alien appearance they have, it helps add to their very unusual nature. I think the color scheme helps link them to that alien visual as well! #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #minis #minipainting
