Kattabolt timeline from 2005, when Alex was first made, to 2024, when the comic launched. 2005: How we got here... 12 year old apricot makes a self-insert Tokyo Mew Mew fan character, a fox girl named Alex. Late 2000's: Alex is used in roleplays for several fandoms, but then becomes her own character with an original story in conjunction with apricot's friends' characters.

#141 Kabutops! "It is thought that this Pokémon came onto land because its prey adapted to life on land." Another dex says they didn't adapt fast enough and died out because of it, but this is funnier. Also, surprised there's no pokemon based on the first fish to walk on land! #pokemon #kabutops

A four-panel comic! The first shows the pokemon Kabutops (seemingly in a more aquatic form) nearly catching a long green fish-like creature (resembling the first theorized fish to walk on land). Panel 2 shows said fish making it to shore, hurrying out of the water and anxiously looking back at the sea. Panel 3, same fish wiping its brow with a fin and breathing a sigh of relief. Panel 4, fish facing the viewer with dread as Kabutops rises out of the sea behind it.

Has anyone else's web hosting costs jumped in the last few years too? Mine has increased at least by $100 a year and I use only the most basic of hosting for random things. Checking if I need to just switch it off it's bad for everyone.
