Good pho and Vietnamese spring/summer rolls are rapidly turning into one of my favorite "I'm out running errands and need some fuel" meals. Super light, super fresh, delicious, filling, veg & protein heavy, but still got good amounts of carb fuel from the noodles.

With all my heart I hope Talarico wins, but this kind of thing has to stop; it is one of the reasons so many Democratic voters hate the Democratic party. And it's not a Talarico problem; it's a Democratic consultant-class problem.
