Reading ACOTAR for the first time - just finished book 2 - and damn I'm impressed w the romantic arc! What a ballsy move, and how well executed, and how perfect to use a genre of fairy tale and HEA to evoke all the pain and disappointment and SADNESS of a HEA failing you.
