Unearthed documents just revealed Ken Paxton, as Attorney General, protected a research lab that tortured 400 puppies. Paxton was also one of the only Texas lawmakers to vote against a bill to hold animal abusers accountable.

Quite glad to see the full unclassified summary made available for judgement. This is a very difficult one to discuss in public but I think people need to be careful about tea leaf reading too hard on the JASON summaries. The most obvious first: if the report *did* identify an imminent concern w/reliability of the deployed stockpile, that alone would be a TS statement.

Yeah that's what I mean by a longer-term drawdown. I wouldn't expect us to be gone by the end of either term, but set the expectation that that's what we're doing, and not because we want to punish Europe.
