The big Dragon Ball news today is the winning volume of the Super cover popularity contest gets a Toyotarou redraw. It was volume 19, now with Vegeta's family, providing a tantalizing glimpse of his mom. 19's not my favorite, but I think it's a worthy contender. HOWEVER... �

Retcons do not have to be contradictory towards previously established facts to be retcons. Recontextualizing things is enough for it to count as a retcon. Retcons are also not universally bad. They are a neutral phenomenon that are unavoidable as stories go on.

What's going on? Something about this video was especially appealing to your audience, causing it to be recommended on YouTube Home and 'Up next' more often than usual Reflect on what's different about this video so that you can keep making content that engages viewers

I'm truly glad the rest of his thread has Jennings saying trans rights with his full chest and not taking the opportunity to jump ship because he got his feelings hurt. But the fact that he still feels compelled to defend his stupid snark rather than reflect on the cracks in his allyship isn't great

I spent the last two weeks reading, writing, and recording on Dragon Ball Super's concept of universes. And somehow, it took me until halfway through my weekend and driving home from shopping to suddenly realize, to my horror, I put the word "galaxies" in my thumbnail instead. I'm a mess! 🫣

NES Remix contains a graphic that seems to be an "anti-brother romance failsafe" for Mario and Luigi. Despite that scenario being normally impossible to reach in-game, this graphic makes sure a heart cannot be displayed between Mario and Luigi.

In the Remix 14 and 17 stages in NES Remix, Donkey Kong is played mirrored, with Mario being replaced by Luigi and Pauline being replaced by Mario. The only stages visited are 25m and 75m. Since Pauline would be saved at 100m, Mario never actually gets saved. Regardless, the developers changed Pauline's heart icon, used when she is saved, for an original "GOOD JOB!" graphic despite there being no way to actually display it. How the scene appears in the regular game: Pauline and Mario with a heart How the scene would appear in NES Remix if it was reachable (without the mirror effect applied): Mario and Luigi with GOOD JOB! It is unknown why the graphic was added. The developers could have planned to have the full game playable in that mode, or they could have changed the graphic purely as a precaution in case someone managed to get to 100m (e.g. via a glitch) to prevent implications of romantic love between Mario and Luigi.
