This is Enron-like. SpaceX has committed $1.6 billion to lease a data center in Mississippi. But instead of simply saying that, they structure it as an unconsolidated 49.9% interest in a joint venture. The only source of revenue for the "joint venture" is... the SpaceX lease. /6

Interests in Stateline held by CTC were subsequently assigned to MZX Tech LLC (“MZX”), another wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
