The 14th night of Halloween and we watched "I Saw the TV Glow" (2024). This was a good movie. It stirred something in me, because by the time the movie had ended, I felt sad for some reason. The movie wasn't really horror, although there were some creepy moments. Still, a really good film. 8/10

I don’t think I’ve said this here in a while, so it’s probably a good time to note if you’re in the US and unhappy with the way things are, you should vote. But for candidates whom do not support human rights, I understand not supporting those ones, but otherwise vote for Not This.

Twas the 13th night of Halloween and we watched "Clown in a Cornfield" (2025). This one was genuinely surprising, at first it seems like a bit of a bore, but stick around for a surprising amount of comedy, twists in the story, and some gay romance!! 7/10

Twas the 12th night of Halloween and we watched "Passenger" (2026)! A couple is living their best van life until they witness a car crash and are then haunted by a demon. Um... How do I put this nicely... If you want to see a good movie, go watch something else. 😅 4/10

Update: I completed the Pokedex by getting #PokemonScarlet and getting super lucky in solo raids. Still annoyed at forced co-op

So I'm replaying #PokemonViolet because I never really finished it (it's unplayability when it first released was too much). I now have a new gripe: everything worthwhile needs to be done with friends. Complete Pokedex BP gathering Tera Raids Like, I should be able to do this solo if I wanted to😮‍💨

Night 11 of Halloween month, we're watching "Ghostwatch" (1992). This BBC mockumentary about a family haunted by a poltergeist was really well done. It wasn't perfect, but still very entertaining and had plenty of "Did you see it!?" moments. 7.5/10

Night 9 of Halloween, and we're watching "Prince of Darkness" (1987). Tonight's movie is brought to you by the letters: W, T, and F. It wasn't bad, just kind of strange, but kept our interest. A priest discovers an underground religious site that stores a container of the devil in liquid form. 6/10

Night #8 of Halloween month, and @mogdaddy88.bsky.social and I tried to watch "The Hive" (2014). Zombie virus, hive minds, puking tar, teen hormones... It just wasn't interesting. We ended the movie when the protagonist started yelling about his disgust with fucking himself. Self love is in, baby!

Night 7 of Halloween month, @mogdaddy88.bsky.social and I tried to watch "The Last Video Store" (2023). A young woman returns a cursed VHS tape to the last video store in town... And we didn't actually finish this movie, it was a bit too bizarre, and overall the movie was just not for us. Oh well.
