Has accident and spent few days in hospital in Aug. Clinical staff et al in ED and the wards excellent. Trying to get hold of some paper ACC forms that should have been mailed 6 weeks ago. Huge waste of med and other staff time. This is what penny pinching the back room support staff results in.
