Estique is wonderful! Truly an incredible game to run on a Famicom/NES, incredibly pretty, really fun difficulty curve, pretty approachable to those not used to shoot'em ups too! Get it get it get it!!

Somebody asked me on Reddit why people who use AI to generate Recomp projects are currently being rejected from the communities and what they can do to fix this. I might tweak parts of this to be a more general blog post at some point, but this should be of help to anyone in a similar situation.

We just need more Miracle Games that earn a shitload of money and become insanely viral. AAA games are too expensive, we need to go back to the humble Indie Game that only takes 6 years to make instead of 10 and that will make the studio close down if it doesn't hit! That'll heal the industry!
