Hallo FDP Berlin, hier ein Service für Texter*innen: Bei keiner der beiden Wortkombination "gutes Deutsch" und "gute Chancen" handelt es sich um einen vollständigen Satz, denn beiden Subjekten fehlen Prädikate. Attribute ersetzen diese nicht. Die beiden Punkte sind daher klare Rechtschreibfehler.
