I like doing sourdough because it’s like I have millions of other little guys helping me out, and if they’re in a good mood and feeling froggy I’ll get a nice bread out of them
Going to Asheville in a month for a conference, I have neither the desire nor the constitution to go to like 30 breweries in 3 days like I used to in AVL. The only spot I am set on going to is Burial (love that they have their own kitchen now!), but I’m open to other food/beer recommendations!

For what it’s worth I have done every literature review, “choose your own topic”, independent study project in my academic career in nursing on either harm reduction/safe injection sites or disaster preparedness. Harm reduction works unequivocally and it’s disgusting that we’re rolling it back
