Tonight is a reminder that most things of improvement aren’t linear. I’ve been exhausted and quite weepy all day. On the plus side, on those tiny glimmers, I finished my soup and it lovely.

My NHS meal. All good. The soup was lovely, the sticky sponge lush but too rich for me atm. Normally I’d have eaten this in five. Today it took fwenty minutes to eat half of it, and I’ve never been tired by eating before!
