The muppety one

So muppety. So tired. Alleged adult. Disaster Muppet. Simultaneously the voice of reason and chaos. A rich soup of nonsense. Cw: food because I am always stress baking (Queer acupuncturist. Pro vax. V lefty. Long Covid sucks four assed monkey butt.)

PSA: when budgeting to move, do not forget to budget for the at least a half a dozen times you will say FUCK IT I REQUIRE PIZZA or some variation thereof. Because you will absolutely hit a packing/cleanup/sorting wall So Many Times. Because that shit is just the worst

The phrase to practice: "Thank you for your time, but it is clear we will be unable to establish a productive clinical relationship." If you're feeling extra gaslit, add "as you are clearly unable to credit me as a reliable witness regarding my own symptoms".

It is never a good sign when the tylenol is too loud. But at least patients are done so i could chase it with a gummy. And turned down the brightness of my screen. Several times. (Context: nyc has a flood watch tomorrow and rain predicted for the next 10 days. Local migraineurs beware.)

Today’s #probablyADHD coping skill which actually seems to be working the last few weeks. I always hit repeat/snooze on my reminder alarms regardelss of whether I have gotten up to do it, or even if I’m in the middle of doing it. I only click off when I’ve actually done it.

Today in bodies do not follow straight lines and it’s annoying. I’ve been dealing with coccyx/sacrum issues while commuting (includes 15 min walk at each end of the trip) for a while now so over the last few times I’ve experimented with:
