Posted my historical elsewhere in the thread. While I thought I had a lot more books, they were all by the same authors as previously mentioned (Evans, Sebastian, Charles, Demas). For contemporary, EM Lindsey has multiple series, all with characters with some disability.

LA Witt's Aftermath. It broke me the first time I read it, with how relatable it is.

Cat Sebastian's Star Shipped isn't historical, but it feels like a historical "voice" bc of how she writes - I really liked it. And one hero has bad migraines, on page, and his anxiety meds and migraine meds don't work together. It felt realistic.
