This is so critical to existing as a disabled person (including being neurodivergent or having mood disorders). Building your home and life around *what you can actually do*, not making tasks bigger and more difficult than they need to be because That's How It's Supposed to Be Done, is life changing

This concept was introduced to me as "run the dishwasher twice" and was an important part of my executive functioning recovery as well as my path to self-acceptance.

Here's an interesting question. I got one of those 'turn your dick into a tungsten rod with the sperm power of a thousand suns' spam emails. Fine, whatever, but the title was 'The Horsewood Method' which I think unironically slaps. If I were to use that as a story title, am I violating copyright?

For most of history, poetry has been viewed not as a marginal activity, practiced by cranks & hobbyists, but as a revered vocation, a central & indispensable feature of art & culture, of human communion & self-understanding

Horrible new bullshit from the sea every time. It’s never ‘oh we found a new pink fish that is so happy’ it’s always stuff like this, the crush-depth screw-headed dongwongler, and it’s got to have big long creepy bits. Sick of the ocean tbh.
