Alright, since its my birthday I'm going to gift even more content to bsky. Definitely not because I've lost the plot of my release schedule and I just realized that I'm still putting out sketches I did from last year 2025 and its fucking August right now. I *think* I've posted everyone!?!
This was a chill painting stream that touched on some old work where I was exploring some halo motifs, I kinda wanna bring it back to the idea of these sketches as a kind of worship for the effort and existence of dudes.

As someone who gets energy from art, rather than feeling down about seeing better work out there; It feels such a betrayal that in the face of financial and political insecurity that my brain decides that anxiety and shutting down is the appropriate response rather than wanting to be productive.

At risk of being dogpiled, there are ways to use AI more conscientiously. I run locally, I supply my own power with solar panels, and the output is never the final step in the process. I know this doesn't matter to a lot of people who are passionately against AI but it matters to me.
What seems like a good "Following" number? I feel like there's definitely a floor and a ceiling. Right now I feel like my feed is a bit too long but maybe I just need to unfollow a couple to make space for rarer posting accounts. Maybe that's a better metric.
