Going through a weird "Mushrooms are friggen awesome" phase in my life I guess.

It's the time of year where I miss this. Of course it's awful and I hate dealing with it by Feb, but right now? I am pining for the winter calm.
I recently learned that the Big Mac was invented in Pittsburgh to emulate a local diner chain, which we thought was the other way around and I feel kinda betrayed.
