Looking forward to a few days of conferences talks, posters, and networking at @microbiologysociety.org annual conference. I’m presenting in the “Exploring Hidden Threats” session on Tuesday @ 15:30. I will be talking about the zoonotic pathogen Helicobacter suis. Please come along!

Block A poster session today at #microbio24, which includes several of our group! First up is @mwilde.bsky.social who is presenting for the first time at MicroSoc on the characterisation of a novel mutation in KPC-2 which "silences" resistance to carbapenems (depending on genetic background)

Shame to be missing #microbio24, however the lab group will be well represented! Tomorrow afternoon/evening @mwilde.bsky.social (A200), @bethjames.bsky.social (A195) and Charlotte Cornbill (A194) will be presenting posters on their work.
