I try and post daily; mostly orchids, but occasionally birds or pets or food or plants. Abolish DHS
The problem isn't that they don't know. It's that they don't know they don't know.
I’ve said this before, Trump is Saruman without the intellect, real hair, and fashion sense.
It’s long past time for the U.S. to get a new president.
Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com · 21h agoTrump: “I think it’s time for Ukraine to get a new president”
How long until they cave and put money in his pocket? Or at least hold a black tie dinner in his honor?
Kyle Griffin@kylegriffin1.bsky.social · 15h agoBREAKING NYT: The Trump Justice Department is investigating whether the major television networks — ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC and Fox — violated federal antitrust laws when the group briefly suspended their pooled coverage of Trump, according to six people with knowledge of the department's action.
Gee, that makes so much sense that it sounds crazy in this fucked-up alternate reality we're suffering through. 🙄
“ABC pulling the story only made it a bigger story. Certainly not what Don Jr. or the WH were going for. And ABC doesn’t look great, either. All of which underscores the need for news that is neither owned nor leveraged by this White House— a commodity vanishingly rare in today’s media environment.”
ABC News Hands Massive Gift to Trump Family
ABC pulled a critical story on Don Jr. without explanation. I think it’s clear why.

I’ve been praised for sharing flower photos so I guess that means my followers like them. So here goes...an antelope dendrobium orchid from my garden.
It's weird; I've developed this absolute hatred of Golf...wonder what that's about 🤔
Rachel Maddow@maddow.bsky.social · 22h agoToday in DC: "Beginning Saturday, crews will start another major round of cutting at the historic public golf course. The first phase contains 169 trees marked for removal. The Trump Administration says as many as 529 could eventually come down..." www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2026/...
If I built an AI lab and it went rogue and deleted all student loan information, I'm betting they'd suddenly figure out how to prosecute me.
kate conger@kateconger.com · 2d agoAnthropic is the latest lab to report 'rogue' agent activity, which sources said included applying for visas with the State Department www.nytimes.com/2026/10/09/t...
You’d have to be a special kind of stupid to bomb a school full of children and still expect to win the Nobel Peace Prize.
In case you were wondering why Donald’s biggest fans suddenly went silent . . .
#Orchids are #flowers, too. #orchidsky #bloomsky #bloomscrolling Brassidium King Kong 'La Jolla' AM/AOS (Rex x Starry Night) This is from 2023. (The plant is much bigger now.)

I take it you live in a tropical environment. 💕 Hawaii? In Cape Town the cold wind is too much for my orchids. It's just not humid enough either.
Thanks Kate and beautiful orchids! 🌸💖💮 I just have one plant given to me by my extended daughter. My daughter in law has a a few at the dining room window upstairs.
Happy Aloha Friday, Happy Saturday and thanks for all the warm support on Bluesky! Also wishing everyone a fun, relaxing & safe weekend !💜 🌸💜🌸💜 Took my moth orchid plant back outside to enjoy the breezy n sunny day. #orchids #magentaflowers #tropicalplant
