Women in Tech spaces help, but fall short in the long run. Real progress needs systemic change and active involvement from men in positions of power.

I hate commentators who suggest that other countries like Australia aren't better. It's not perfect and our political discourse is heavily affected by whatever's going on in the US but it's absolutely far far better.
Logging off for a bit, maybe a while. I already vote for progressive candidates in the elections where I'm allowed, maybe being aware of everything else is a waste of energy. Definitely can't keep going feeling like this
