as noted yesterday, Trump has now come around to treating an Iranian toll system covering the Strait of Hormuz as a given. Hard to overstate the level of strategic failure. US started the war purely as a war of choice and ends up dramatically empowering Iran and given the Iranian govt big wins.

I will once again remind folks that a very sizable chunk of what looks like Congress not doing anything to push back against the president is in fact a consequence of the Court disabling/destroying all the ways Congress has tried to push back.

Since the state of Ohio, in its wisdom, legislated that we are not allowed to teach “politically controversial” topics (with a carve out for beliefs that are subject to “professional consensus”) - can conlaw profs test the 14th amendment without getting sued or fired? Asking for a friend
