Feeling personally victimized by the sudden belief that using an em dash means you used AI. Disclaimer: I’ve been emotionally attached to this form of punctuation for at least the last 10 years.

I’m glad for Los Angeles the city, who have been through so much. I have nothing against the Dodgers as a team. I’m a big fan of Ohtani, Freeman, Yamamoto. But I’ve never wanted a group of men on a team to win as much as this group of Blue Jays players. Vladdy Clement Springer Yesavage Scherzer

Los Angeles suffered tremendously because of the wildfires. The president of the United States has wanted to make the immigrants who make the city suffer and declared war on the city. But all throughout it, L.A. makes it work daily. It’s a place where people go to make it. LA deserves this.

Wait… I’ve just learned that most Americans have never tasted the joy of a Caesar? And that it’s not common outside of Canada??? 😱 Y’all missing out!

It's polar bear season in Churchill, Manitoba, Canada and I'm a guide. My polar bear photos always engender a lot of questions, so I thought I'd take a moment to answer some of the most common ones so you can better understand these amazing animals and our relationship with them in Churchill. 🐻‍❄️ 1/

A group of 19 people standing in front of a large, white tundra buggy after a fun day out looking for polar bears. The buggy is marked as number 9 and stands 9 feet tall at the bottom of the 11 windows along the side. A woman in a green parka and teal coloured toque smiles as a grey (Canada) jay lands on her head. She has a large camera strapped to her and is standing in the snowy woods. A large polar bear stares ahead at the photographer as it comes of a rise on a rocky seashore.

Was walking my bike through a flashing pedestrian crosswalk today. I was just about to finish crossing when a car came speeding through, right past me and another pedestrian. Thankfully, one of the stopped cars was a police cruiser that witnessed it all. Love a little instant karma 🚨 #winnipeg

Feeling extra grateful that I live in a parliamentary republic today. Government can’t come together to agree on a budget? Snap, non-confidence election. Feeling for my American friends and family right now.

Since moving to my new house my bike ride to work is mostly the same - but now I have to cross 8 lanes of traffic at a singled crosswalk (I walk my bike across). This is by far the most dangerous part of my journey. So many drivers either don’t stop or take off as soon as you’re past them.

Got hiccups? Take a deep breath, then sip water super slowly for as long as you can. Works. Every. Time. Shoutout to the random customer who shared this with me while working retail 8+ years ago. I’ll never forget you.
