Sabarmati Ashram- Where light plays with dark Wind plays with leaves The ripples of Sabarmati a soft murmur. Students descend from a bus, run through the corridors. Bachchon, look at the Mahatma, the teacher shouts. The behenji’s sweep the gathered dust with long handled mop, History remains.

A poem about Sabarmati Ashram-
Where light plays with dark
Wind plays with leaves
The ripples of Sabarmati
a soft murmur.
Students descend from a bus,
run through the corridors.
Bachchon, look at the Mahatma,
the teacher shouts.
The behenji’s sweep the gathered dust with long handled mop,
History remains.

Behenji, the lady who sweeps the corridors of the Ashram

A Persimmon fledgling. I tasted the fruit for the first time. It was not loaded with sweetness but it was good. I loved the leaves on the top and thought it looked like a fledgling waiting for its mom to bring food. Just put the fruit skin together to create this. Do you like the fruit?

A Persimmon fledgling. A fledgling created with Persimmon.
I tasted the fruit for the first time. It was not loaded with sweetness but it was good. I loved the leaves on the top and thought it looked like a fledgling waiting for its mom to bring food. Just put the fruit skin together to create this.
Do you like the fruit?
