A lot of people have used the argument that AI is here to stay so I should accept it as a tool in my life. If you accept destruction in the world because it is already here don’t be surprised when you face the consequences of that destruction.

I have the privilege of being able talk to and work in the field with environmental scientists and entomologist. People have asked why I feel so strongly against AI and it’s because I’m seeing it directly destroy the natural world I care about.

I don’t care how respected you are as a person, science educator, author, artist, etc. If I find out that you are using generative AI in any aspect of your work, you lose all of my respect.

I rebuke the "AI is here to stay, get used to it" in education, in skilled fields, in every day life. Get outta here.

You don't want sex based rights. You want universal rights. Universal rights are like: People have the right to maternity leave. Sex-based rights are like: Women have the right to maternity leave. Women are defined as (definition that every fucking time leaves some women out) It's just worse!
