Big W today in local used book store. I should scan these, as the phone camera does not capture them with required grace.
Finished the Nausicaa manga. Really an astonishing achievement, really a go-to thing for fans of the movie. Apart from countless qualities, I wanted to point out the design of these Heedras, a powerful biologically-engineered golems. Despite looking like a humanoid cactus, I was genuinely terrified.
Hitting breaks on the new album, which is a marvelous release, and going back to my all time favorite BoC piece. An indescribable amount of hope brims from this track.

Some cool tooling brooms in our kitchen. It allows us to create lighting variants as separate assets, which can draw different lighting settings over different areas in the scene.

All uses of AI are costing someone… this sucks as the Game UI database is such a valuable resource.
Did a ton of work on the music system of the game. Handles scene transitions, quiet spaces, conversation ducking, cutscenes, and more. Made a silly little scene with placeholder music to give it a test drive. 👇🐧🔊 #GodotEngine #gamedev #indiedev
I'm open for commissions. Need a unique art style for a prototype? Want a stand out creature/ character design? IGF nominated, Indie Game Awards nominated artist working with handmade, tangible models.
I'm looking for a part time, paid gig. I can make unique, hand-crafted models, scan them to 3d (high poly or lower), give them a basic rig. If you want to make a game with my unorthodox, IGF/ Indie Game Awards nominated art, let me know.
Dug up ancient iPad and turned it into a personal Nausicaa manga reader. At least until I can get my hands on the 1995 print Perfect Edition 😔
If you're baffled as I was, from where did Konami pulled out this killer key art for Belmont's Curse, it was made by Katsuya Terada.
