lethal injection only exists to give comfort to the people doing and watching a state execution, it is less gruesome than doing/viewing an execution via hanging, or firing squad. it’s deeply inhumane and painful with a high rate of prolonged death.

Rifts did it for me. I went from that to the TMNT books and started designing my own games using Palladium rules, you could really do pretty much anything. Later I moved on to GURPS since you only needed D6s to play and I was tired of percentile dice.
