Not to worry: police misdeeds aren't just a Minneapolis or Minnesota or United States thing. In NI (Northern Ireland, UK), the PSNI (Police Service of Northern Ireland) apparently spied on journalists, & arrested filmmakers documenting police collusion with — guess what? — Nazi-adjacent fascists.

Side note: the revelation that the PSNI have been spying on BBC journos is a side-effect of the PSNI arresting two filmmakers (including Kneecap movie producer Trevor Birney) for making a documentary about how NI police colluded with the UVF killers at Loughinisland.

album cover titled Meet the radicals, with an image of the sound of music cast riding bikes.
text at bottom No Helmets, no lights no hi viz riding in a pack, distracted, taking the lane.

In urbanism, the point of advocating for bicycle usage is it forces you to: * design a more compact city * mix housing with jobs & errands & socializing & fun Why? * you have to design your city for all ages & abilities on a bike * not everyone is an athlete Adding a motor changes the equation
