Even with as many Lynx-fan friends as I have had, I’ve never seen as many Lynx clips in my social media feeds as I do now that Olivia Miles is playing. That woman is it.
I’m imagining the time and the effort it took the youths to scavenge for scooters on night 2. I bet they all were busy for hours.

Every single time my husband goes away for a weekend some shit breaks and apparently this weekend is no exception! Now I have to spend my Sunday morning mopping up water.
I’m sorry but those peach ice creams that look like peaches live up to the hype. And they’re the perfect amount of ice cream.
The article also notes that usage of the libraries are up, and notes cuts have already been made to the collections budget.

I understand we’re facing major county cost pressures due to HR1, but cutting from our popular and heavily utilized library system to save 0.4% on the tax levy is bad strategy. I was afraid this was coming back when we got wind of the Kanopy cancellation. Cuts will hurt BADLY at the East Lake branch, a block away from the 3rd precinct MPD bldg. Just swing by any time to see how necessary this library is: language classes, citizenship application classes, reading to kids

Sure, Trump’s *most* alarmist critics weren’t correct, but that’s basically true of every president. Trump’s *median* critic did in fact predict his presidency pretty accurately.

Many white people really imagine Others to be instants away from violence at all times, when the record shows otherwise. People having a good time troubles them. "Think how easily this could turn ugly" is just everything she was taught to be afraid of as a kid coming out, pure racist fantasy.

I love that in order to feed the narrative of murderapolis they have to admit, on camera, that what they consider "terror" is....electric scooters. Imagine being afraid of a word that has "scoot" in it.
