I have been struggling with social media for a while. I’m trying to avoid divisive subjects such as politics, where things turn a bit shit. If I have unfollowed, it’s not because I think you’re a bad person, I’m just trying to look after my brain a bit. Cars, aircraft, dogs, art.. ✅ Nastiness ❌

Final final call for those wishing to order one of 17 A2 prints of my drawing of the 1987 Le Mans 24 Hours winning Porsche 962C, at the initial release price of £150. These will be signed, numbered and supplied with a certificate. DM me to reserve yours 🙂 #Porsche #LeMans

Hello. My name is Neil and I like drawing cars, aeroplanes, people, pets, buildings, boats, trains and anything else you can name. This is my dog Roxy, and she likes being cheeky. 🥰

I’ve been told off for being crap at self-promotion. NEXT WEEK I’M HOPING TO RECREATE THIS WITH A HYUNDAI INSTER. Yeah, so, Recharge ‘Round Britain starts next Monday morning and we’ll be spamming your socials with our progress and recording a daily update podcast each evening. @motoringpodcast.com

That’s a stinking deal. I have a very soft spot for the Ioniq Electric, and that’s even a post-facelift one.

Alongside drawing, the last week or so I’ve been looking for a full time job. It really is a harsh world out there isn’t it? 50 years old, no qualifications other than some GCSE’s. When I find work, I will no longer be drawing. I have 43 drawings (nearly £9000 worth) unsold. It’s destroying my head

Hello you lovely lot! Recently I finished a piece I started a while ago and it’s called “Ayrton in 41 Pencils”. Odd name? Well, I used a different colour pencil for each of his #F1 victories This is now in my ever growing collection “Art in My Drawer & Not On A Wall” 🤒 #Senna #McLaren #BritishGP

Come on you lot! There are but a handful of the 17 prints of my lovely 1987 Le Mans winning Porsche 962C drawing available… They’re A2 sized and will come with a certificate for £150+p&p, each. For something so exclusive and wall space worthy, that’s pretty good! #Porsche #LeMans #iconic #cars

Royal Navy/RNAS aircraft: then and now. This piece showcases some of the carrier borne aircraft which the RN/RNAS have operated during conflicts - namely WWI, WWII, the Falklands conflict and the current F35B. It’s 70x50cm approx and can be cut in height around 42cm. Looking for £1250. #AvGeek

My graphite representation of Operation Market Garden, but with a “then and now” twist, with the addition of C130 Hercules and Airbus A400M. This piece is 70x50cm and I’m looking for £950 for it. It can be framed at extra cost.

One of my very favourite pieces is my graphite representation of “Into the Jaws of Death” - Robert F. Sargent’s photograph of the US Army’s 1st Infantry Division disembarking a landing craft and heading into Omaha Beach during the Normandy Landings. This measures at approx 70x50 unframed. £1950.00

No #MondayDoodle today, but these lovelies are still available. They’re all A3 sized and £175+p&p each. In other news, I have started looking for full time employment, as in the past 3 months I’ve earned a months money. It can’t continue and once gainfully employed, I’ll be retiring from Art.

A couple of 1966 Ford GT’s I have sketched. Pic no.1 I finished today and pic no.2 I drew live at the Le Mans 24 Hours. These are the cars which finished 1st & 3rd in the ‘66 LM.. Both are A5 sized and they’re £125 each if you’d like to own them. The car which finished P2 can be commissioned too!
