I spoke about ttrpg art earlier today and I thought now would be a GREAT time to talk about how much I adore the illustrations in GURPS 4e Magic. Look at these, so full of goofy character and whimsy! I also love the stories accompanying each section.
Mini-rant, and this is gonna sound like some "the grapes are sour" ts, but it always irks me when I find a neat TTRPG rulebook and look inside to find a very pretty *art book* with a handful of rules or clauses scattered across the page like a game of pick-up-sticks. I wanted pages of text blocks 😭
