What happens if a creator streams your game and is opted in? Does Twitch think it has the right to feed a developer's game into its AI slop factory? This has deeper ramifications than it seems on the surface.

Twitch isn't sure whether Amazon has used Twitch creator VODs prior to today to train its AI models. The opt-out will apply to your previous and future content, so it will not be used to train future models.
do not abandon your streamers. your time watching is more valuable to most streamers than anything else, if you don't want to give money to twitch you don't have to. look for your streamers alternative support methods. if you want them to make content, they need you there.
I didnโt even see this had been announced. I was lead writer on this one! And Saber replaced me with ChatGPT midway through development. All the passenger voices were AI too. Either they changed direction at some point or theyโre not disclosing it on Steam
