ICE changed its policies to hide deaths of detained individuals and keep the number of publicly-reported fatalities as low as possible. By "releasing" people from their custody right before they die, ICE avoids having to report or investigate these deaths - and they hide the truth from the public.

She was AGHAST that Nolan, with his million $ budget, gave Matt Damon ONLY 6 hair extensions. As a result, his hair did not blow around properly, & that ruined the film for her.
