Said everything, these are some of the 2D shots (there are more but these are my favorite) from the movie. I learned so much from the 2D team, full of incredible people, Michael, Husain, and Jacob Tobin that helped me to finish that Ocean Spirit shot. Despite everything, I'm happy for being here 🥹

This is probably the biggest moment of my life 😭 After 4 years, the Game UI Bible has finally launched for all the world to see. A 400+ page tome of Game UI/UX goodness, celebrating all the weird and wonderful intricacies of this field. I'm SO proud of this book, and for you all to read it!

Animation tool idea that I would fucking love but will never be made but damn I wish: Onion skin with controllable blur, partially to emulate the natural blur you'd get from traditional animation paper and also so it's harder to fixate on details. Bonus points if the blur can increase across frames

if I have any mutuals that have experience with crowdfunding projects, especially if it deals in distributing physical items, shoot me a DM cuz Id love to pick your brain

Many shots in @avantris.bsky.social Neon Odyssey were a collaborative effort between many artists. This shot of Ophelia is just one of many examples! Anim: @doigswift.com , Cerissa Grieve FX: @noitibmar.bsky.social, @patstannard.bsky.social

Some more FX shots I got to work on for @avantris.bsky.social NEON ODYSSEY, with some over the shoulder tutelage by @doigswift.com, I think they turned out great! The black hole sphere was reused from @noitibmar.bsky.social's animations.

It’s #IndieAnimationDay! Staving off the animation industry crash, I’m focusing my creative energies in 2026 into making a new short film. It’s called “The Twig Gatherer” about a little bird just trying to make a home. Ramping up a crowdfund early next year to hire folks to help me make it.
