Olympic organizers are working with the Trump admin to put on a tournament at Trump's golf club in Los Angeles alongside the Summer 2028 Games. This should go without saying, but the Olympics are not supposed to be about helping Trump make money.

Of course LA's leadership is more interested in spending billions on the LAPD and on hosting the World Cup and the '28 Olympics because of all those sweet kickbacks from real estate developers. It's even more incentive for downplaying disasters while gentrifying communities at gunpoint.
