I have, with my own eyes, watched my tax dollars in the form of missiles as they hit buildings inhabited by civilians. I'd much prefer subsidizing a grocery story I don't use.

the obsession with trans women in sports is, apart from the abject bigotry, a symptom of how we take amateur sports participation way too seriously in this country.

Yeah this direct presentation to us all, unflinching, calling out exactly what's happening without any hedging. He called out Netanyahu in clear unambiguous language & laid out why he's a war criminal & that anyone with a heart should want him arrested This is... we need more of this in the world
Yes. I'm where you are with being a cynic but damn, I do like this mayor. He tells you what he's going to do. Does it. Then tells you he's done it. I may regret saying this, but I believe he's sincere.
